Do I have to follow a strict diet or cut out entire food groups?
No. The approach avoids crash dieting and restrictive rules. The focus is on sustainable nutrition that fits your lifestyle and provides the energy needed for training.
Is this program only for people who train in the studio?
No. The nutrition support is flexible and applies whether you train in the studio, online, or a mix of both. With our highly qualified Nutrition Coach we can customize a Nutrition program specifically for your needs and desired outcome.
Do I need to track my progress every day?
As part of your 6 Week Challenge or Membership Upgrade you have access to our Nutrition Coach run app. We encourage daily food tracking for a minimum of 1 week so that you and the coach can have an honest conversation about the things that are hindering your progress and the things that are propelling your forward towards reaching your goals. After that, daily habit tracking is encouraged for things like water intake and steps or workouts. Overall progress will be reviewed bi-weekly using your InBody Scan provided by our Health Canada recognized scale that helps us track your progress with real data driven results. Conversations will continue around the fit of clothing, and changes in energy and strength as well as sleep patterns
